Don't try Bulk Email
Why? Because it is too risky for any business. You may get your website shut down as a result of sending messages to 'opt-in' lists. Opt-in is not reliable, and there really is no such thing as a 'safe' list for sale unless you made the list yourself.
Look anywhere online you want, and you'll see very few legitimate places recommend bulk email, unless of course, they're trying to profit from saying otherwise.
